The daily driving time may not exceed nine hours.

The daily driving time may be extended up to max 10 hours no more than two times a week.

Following the driving period of four hours and a half, a driver must have a non-interruptible break for at least 45 minutes, unless the rest period has been started. This 45-minute break may be replaced by at least a 15-minute break followed by at least a 30-minute break.
